Explicación:

En la voz pasiva lo que era objecto pasa a ser sujeto en la oración, si la oración esta en tiempo presente escribes tu sujeto + el verbo to be en tiempo presente + el verbo de tu oración en pasado participio + complemento.

Si la oración contiene un verbo en pasado seria sujeto + verbo to be en pasado + verbo de tu oración en pasado participio + complemento.
