Explicación: El present continuos se utiliza cuando se refieren a una acción que estamos realizando en el momento, suelen aparecer algunas aclaraciones como "right now" o "at the moment",ahí te están diciendo que está ocurriendo en ese momento, entonces es cuando tienes que añadir el -ing. Respecto al present simple son acciones por así decirlo que ocurren en general, por ejemplo, en la f) te están diciendo que viajan a Geneva dos veces al año, es una afirmación. Recuerda que con los sujetos he, she, it tienes que cambiar el do por el does, el have por el has y añadir -s o -es, ya que tienes que poner el verbo en singular.
