Explicación:
Convertir estas oraciones es fácil cuando usas la fórmula para todas.
La base es usar el "She said", "He said", "My father said" y eso, los pronombres que uses es lo más importante en estas orcaiones. Sin embargo, también hay que prestarle atención al tiempo en el que esten conjugados los verbos, si estos están conjugados en presente hay que cambiarlos a pasado pero si estos en pasado o futuro solo se escriben igual.

I’m from Spain. ⇨ He said he was from Spain.
