Presente Perfecto:
Usamos el presente perfecto para expresar acciones en el pasado, pero el cual su tiempo es indeterminado, es decir, no se conoce con exactitud cuando en el pasado eso ocurrio.
Pasado Simple Presente Perfecto Presente

Presente Perfecto Continuo:
Usamos el presente perfecto continuo para expresar acciones en el pasado con un tiempo indeterminado (sin conocerse cuando el pasado ocurrio), pero esas acciones siguen o tienen percusion en el presente.
