Does he?, shouldn't he? y wasn't he? son una doble afirmación. Es decir, se busca la validez del público lector o que escucha.

Si usas una oración affirmativa en la question tag lo pones en negativo.
She is beautiful, isn't she ?
He cooks, doesn't he ? Aqui necesitas usar el auxiliar
(does) para hacer el negativo.
