C: To be honest i can´t  find my coat

M: I am sorry to hear that but the nightclub is not responsible for people possesions. So i can´t help you

C: You don´t understanding that coat is too expensive. Do you think you could find it?

M: Sorry. I try to find it but i´m not responsible

C: ok it´s a bad service . Thank you for nothing
