put on a mask

blazing hot tears free at last

pain inside sharp as a knife

stings like a bee

and sucks away  life

maybe if she smiled all the

the demons would run

and eventually fade

dark cloud in the back of her head

pulling her down in the dark abyss

tumbling in the dark and cold night

trying to survive the fight

again and again she stumbled
