Elaborar 3 conversaciones telefónicas distintas las que deben estar relacionadas con su contexto laboral. Además las conversaciones telefónicas deben evidenciar las siguientes situaciones:
a) Con una contestadora telefónica y o Buzón de voz: se deja un mensaje.
b) Con una tercera persona: se deja un mensaje.
c) Con la persona indicada: se realiza una conversación telefónica, se acuerda fecha y lugar de cita/encuentro.
El objetivo es que se evidencie el uso de expresiones típicas que usualmente se usan para este tipo de situaciones comunicativas
Cada conversación telefónica debe tener alrededor de 7 intervenciones (oraciones)
