5x - 4y= -7  ----->   -4y = -7 -5x  

                            y = (-7 -5x) / (-4)      (1)

x-3/5y= -2  ---->   -3/5y= -2 - x

                             y = (-2 -x) / (-3/5)    (2)

Igualamos (1) = (2)

(-7 -5x)        (-2 -x)

----------  =   ---------

 ( - 4)           (-3/5)

       (-7 -5x)(-3/5)  =   (-2 -x) (-4)  

-7(-3/5) - 5x(-3/5)  = -2(-4) -x(-4)

              21/5 + 3x = 8 + 4x

                21/5 - 8  = 4x -3x

                     -19/5 = x

Reemplazamos en (1):   y = (-7 -5x) / (- 4)  

y = (-7 -5[ -19/5]) / (-4 )

y =(-7 +19) /(- 4)

y= 12/(- 4)

y= - 3

Resultados: x = - 19/5

                   y =  -3
