Hay que recordar que los adverbios de frecuencia se refieren a los tiempos en que suelen suceder las cosas, como por ejemplo: never, usually, always, entre otros, y que las WH son las palabras como what, who, when.

As Tom is warming up, a guy reaches him and says "Hello! What's your name?", Tom was thinking that the guy was a nice person so he started talking with him, "My name is Tom! What's yours? Do you usually jog in this place?", the other guy answered "My name is Ralph, I always come here!". Tom told him that he always jog in that park, and after a few minutes they split up to excercise.
