 “Have got” is used exclusively in the present, to indicate that we have something "Possession" It is conjugated with the personal pronouns: "We, They, I, You." On the other hand, “Has got” is the same verb that indicates that you have something, but it is conjugated only with the third person pronouns: "He, She, It."
