4. The Colombian culture is formed from the inheritance of the indigenous peoples present in the territory since ancient times, the Spanish traditions adopted during the colonial era and the African customs incorporated by the slaves that the conquerors carried. This mixture of cultures constitutes a society with common features to the rest of Latin American countries but, at the same time, very different as well. In fact, even within the Colombian territory itself there are numerous differences between some regions and others. Geographical diversity - they can be found from tropical beaches to mountains over 5,000 meters high with perpetual snows - and the natural isolation of some areas has led to this diversity.

For us that is almost as delicious as a succulent dish. Even with snack! Within our menu of typical succulent dishes, banana or patacón is of varied use in the kitchens of the Colombian territory. The one that is served in the paisa tray, can also be turned into a delicious banana candy or maybe a good cake, but the best of all is the banana with sandwich, umh! To lick your fingers
