Si es que en la primera parte de lo que escribiste hay que eligir una de las opciones que aparece ahí, sería a mi parecer:
but he isn't going

Mientras que para la otra actividad:
3) 1. She's not sleeping now.
2. Are they walking in the park?
3. My father is working at the moment.
