Para realizar las oraciones afirmativas en presente simple hay que agregar al verbo (-s/-es/-ies) al final del verbo modal sólo a los sujetos (he/she/it)

Ejemplo

He plays tennis

Para negar solo agregamos don't/ doesn't entre el sujeto y el verbo...

S + don't/doesn't + V + complement

Y para las preguntas primero va el verbo auxiliar y luego lo demás...

Do/Does + S + V + complemento?
