Las frases “in order to” y “so that” son frases muy frecuentemante usadas en inglés.

De hecho, se encuentran en nuestra tabla de “Las 157 Frases Más Útiles en el Inglés Hablado.”

“In order to” significa “con el fin de”, “para”, y “a fin de”.

Por ejemplo:

I went home in order to change my clothes.

Me fui a casa con el fin de cambiar mi ropa.

“So that” significa “para que” y “de modo que”.

Por ejemplo:

I’ll wash this dress so that you can wear it.

Voy a lavar este vestido para que puedas usarlo.
