American-Style Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
250ml milk
125g plain flour
1 medium egg
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
4 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation method
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
2. Pre-heat a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Using a ladle, spoon out a portion of the batter into the skillet.
3. The surface will begin to bubble. When most of the bubbles have popped (about 3 minutes), flip the pancake and allow it to cook for 2-3 more minutes.
4. As each pancake finishes cooking, put stack the cooked ones on a baking tray in a low temperature oven to keep them warm while you cook the rest.
Best served warm with ice cream. Extra nice with sliced bananas on top and maple syrup!
Receta Panqueques estilo Americano
Ingredientes
250 ml de leche
125 g de harina
1 huevo mediano
3 cucharadas de azúcar granulada
3 / 4 cucharadita de sal
2 cucharadas de margarina, ablandada
4 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
Método de preparación
1. Combine todos los ingredientes en un tazón grande. Revolver hasta que esté bien mezclado.
2. Precalentar una sartén grande antiadherente a fuego medio-alto. Usando una cuchara, echar una porción de la mezcla en la sartén.
3. La superficie comienza a burbujear. Cuando la mayoría de las burbujas han aparecido (unos 3 minutos), dele vuelta a la torta y deje que se cocine durante 2-3 minutos más.
4. Cuando termina la cocción de cada panqueque, poner la pila de los cocinados en una bandeja para hornear en un horno a baja temperatura para mantener el calor mientras se cocina el resto.
Servir caliente con helado. Extra agradable con rebanadas de banana en la cima y jarabe

Heat the butter in a pan, add chopped cabbage leaves and sauté slightly. Add wine, vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix and cook for 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted, then cover and continue cooking until tender, but not let soften.
Linking cooking sauce with cornstarch dissolved in soy sauce ginger and heat over a few more minutes. Serve the crispy chicken with sweet and sour cabbage
