Ingredients:
1 cup caster sugar
125g unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g almond meal
200g self-raising flour
100g chocolate chips¼ tsp each red, yellow, green and blue food colouring
Preheat oven to 160°C. Beat sugar and butter, add
egg and vanilla and beat until well combined. Fold in almond meal, flour, a
pinch of salt and chocolate chips. Divide batter among 4 bowls. Add
different food colorings to each bowl and stir to combine to make separate red,
yellow, green and blue cookie doughs.
Easy chocolate ice cream
Ingredients
250 ml. milk
250 ml. cream
25 gr. of cocoa powder
85 gr. chocolate fondant
100 gr. of sugar
2 egg yolks
Salt
Tips: decorate the ice cream with chocolate noodles, colored spinkles or pieces of hazelnut
How to make, step by step, chocolate ice cream
1. Beat the yolks with the sugar until it dissolves. Reserve in a bowl.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, put the milk with the cream and cocoa powder. Stir to integrate and dissolve the cocoa. Grate or chop the chocolate fondant, incubor to the previous mixture and beat until the chocolate melts. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
3. Incorporate the mixture of yolks that we had reserved, beat the mixture well, leave a few minutes without stopping to stir so that it does not boil and cut. Remove from heat and let temper at room temperature. If we have a refrigerator, cool the mixture and put it in the ice cream maker for about 30 minutes. If not, put in a flat and metallic container, take to the freezer and stir every half hour for three hours
