2 We live and work in a world in which persuasion is an essential skill for almost all of us. It is a key aspect not only in the professional field, but also in the personnel.

3 For example, it is useful in day-to-day situations such as trying to convince your partner to go to see a movie or to take the children to a certain school, and also in situations related to work, such as convincing the directors of the company to accept a new product line or a new policy.
