The Fourteenth Amendment conteins multiple concepts divided in five sections, the most famous section is Section number One wich is based in the privileges, citizenship, equal protection to everyone and due process, Sections Two, explains the correct apportionment of representatives to Congress, Section Three, forbids that any person who has participated in any act of rebellion can't hold a Federal Office, Section Four deals with federal debt, Section Five authorizes Congress to enforce the Fourteenth Amendment by appropriate legislation.
