NGREDIENTS:
1 tray of beef
2 tablespoons of oil
1 liter of beef broth
1 tub of fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups of milk cream
1 paiteña onion cut into small cubes
3 garlic cloves
2 sprigs of thyme
½ cup of tomato paste
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
File the meat and salt and pepper to your liking.
In a frying pan place a tablespoon of oil and when it is hot, brown the meat.
In the same pan add the oil, onion, garlic and thyme with the mushrooms seasoned to taste.
Place the beef fillets on the mushrooms, add the beef broth, cornstarch, tomato paste and cream.
Mix well, cover and cook for an hour.
INGREDIENTES:
1 bandeja de carne
2 cucharadas de aceite
1 litro de caldo de res
1 tina de champiñones frescos
2 cucharadas de maicena
2 tazas de crema de leche
1 cebolla paiteña cortada en cubitos pequeños
3 dientes de ajo
2 ramitas de tomillo
½ taza de pasta de tomate
Sal y pimienta
PREPARACIÓN:
Lime la carne y sal y pimienta a su gusto.
En una sartén coloque una cucharada de aceite y cuando esté caliente, dore la carne.
En la misma sartén agregue el aceite, la cebolla, el ajo y el tomillo con los champiñones sazonados al gusto.
Coloque los filetes de res en los champiñones, agregue el caldo de res, la maicena, la pasta de tomate y la crema.
Mezclar bien, tapar y cocinar durante una hora.
