INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon of gelatin

100 to 200 g (1 to 2 cups) of fresh fruit (optional)

Mead, honey, stevia, sugar, etc. (to taste, optional)

PREPARATION:

1)  Sprinkle the gelatin over 60 ml (¼ cup) of cold water and stir.

2)  It incorporates 60 ml (¼ cup) of hot water.

3)  Add 350 ml (1 ½ cup) of fruit juice.

4)  Pour the mixture into the desired mold and add some fruit, if desired.

5)  Cover the gelatin, then refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours.

6) Unmold the gelatin and serve.
