1 Students must be respected in their physical, psychological and moral integrity both by other students and by art teachers.
2 All students must be treated with respect and equality (fairly), by teachers.
3 The students will present the ordinary exams subject to the dates and conditions established by the applicable regulations.
4 All students have the right to take their food in the designated area (the cafeteria), as well as in other areas within the school or the gardens if they wish.
5 Students can make use of facilities, workshops, toilets and other areas of common use.
6 No one will prevent the transit to any student or in the corridors, stairways, courtyards, and other transit rooms, neither by the faculty or staff of the institute, nor by other students.
this point can only be contravened due to reasons of force majeure such as the insecurity of facilities for deterioration, cleaning or repair work.
7 All students have the right to access and use the library, laboratories, computer equipment, as well as workshop machinery, with prior permission to the faculty and / or staff of the institute.
8 Students are required to deliver any copy or material that has been borrowed from the library, after its use has been completed with respect to the assigned tasks and / or the student's educational needs.
9Each student has the right to receive two uniforms suitable for summer and two uniforms suitable for winter (complete including footwear).
10 Students may maintain views or opinions different from those supported by the teacher, but the expression of opinions should be done in a reasoned manner, without the use of offensive appeals. Also regarding the opinions of their peers.
11 All students will be able to enjoy their free time established by the Institute, without any teacher preventing them for any reason other than urgent matters.
12All students have the right to carry cell phones, laptops, tablets, radios, and any personal technological entertainment equipment, as long as they are not used in class and only used in recreational areas, such as the playground, sports facilities , the dining room, library (under the indication of not making noise that bother others), and other facilities outside the classroom.
13Their use within classrooms without permission, and in particular to cheat during studies or exams, will be grounds for sanctions by management.
