In my workplace, we're organizing ourselves, the tasks, the supplies, the time, the breaks and other activities, in order to have a great schedule. We're all surgeons, we have studied for many years to become who we are and do what we're doing. We have chosen this profession because it's humanitarian even though it's full of sacrifice and commitment. Everyday our main gift is providing good care to our patiens and that's the best gift we can get.
