If we have a rectangle triangle, that is, one of its angles has a value of 90º, then to find the lengths of its sides we can apply the Pythagorean theorem, which tells us that:

(Hypotenuse)² = (opposite side)² + (adjacent side)²

Having at least two sides, or legs, we can clear the third. This is possible as long as the triangle is rectangular, otherwise you have to use other theorems.
