4x²+4x+1=2x²+2x+313
4x²-2x²+4x-2x+1-313=0
2x²+2x-312=0             dividimos todo entre 2
x²+x-156=0
(x+13)(x-12)=0
x+13=0        x-12=0
x= -13          x=12

como son numeros naturales,tomamos el valor positivo x=12

x=12
x+1......12+1=13

los numeros son 12 y 13
