SUGAR COOKIES


Ingredients


-2 1/2 cups all, purpose flour


-1 teaspon baking soda


-1/2 teaspon baking powder


-1 cup butter, soft


-1 1/2 cups white sugar


-1 egg


-1 teaspon vainilla stract



INSTRUCTIONS:


Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. In a small bowl , stir flour, baking soda and baking powder. In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar. Beat in the egg and vainilla. Slowly, mix all ingredients. Roull dog into small balls and place ungrased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden.

Ingredients to prepare the pionono :

  1. 6 eggs
  2. 6 tablespoons sugar
  3. 4 tablespoons of flour
  4. 2 tablespoons cocoa
  5. 1 pinch of salt

Prepare the filling

  1. 300 g of cherries
  2. 350 cc of orange juice
  3. 20 g cornstarch
  4. 100 cc of orange liqueur (optional)
  5. 300 cc heavy cream
  6. 2 tablespoons sugar

Prepare topping:

  1. 300 g of chocolate
  2. 300 g heavy cream
  3. slabs of black and white chocolate, c / n

PREPARATION:

Make the pionono by beating the eggs with the sugar; Add the sifted flour with the rest of the dry ones; mix well so that no group remains; and pour onto a plate lined with parchment paper, buttered and floured.

Bake in a strong oven for 10 minutes; Remove, let cool and remove the paper carefully.

Reserve rolled up in a damp cloth.

For the filling, clean and pit the cherries; put in a pot together with the orange juice; and over low heat, cook until boiling.

Add the starch dissolved in the liquor or in a little more orange juice; mix and cook until thickened, remove from heat and let cool.

For the assembly, beat the cream with the sugar to the point of whipped cream; cover with it the pionono; distribute the cherries with only threads of their juice; roll up and put in the fridge.
