Mike: Yes, tomorrow I will buy a black-and-white dog.

Joe: Will you buy a large dog or a small dog?

Mike: I'm going to buy a BIG dog, to protect my house.

Jenny: But you don't have a house!

Mike: First I'll buy a dog. Then I'll buy the house.

Joe and Jenny: But why?

Mike: Because tomorrow it will be my birthday, and I'm going to buy things for myself!

Joe: But...a big dog??

Jenny: And then a big house??

Mike: Yes, that's exactly what I'm going to do tomorrow!
